Tohs Xmas Party 2013 Video

Was too damn tired to get out of bed this morning so I skipped my only lesson for the day. 
Made use of the time to do up this video! I initially already had the idea to do it a few days after the party ended but I never really found time. Finally, it's done and up! Spent quite a few hours on it but I'm glad to say it was worth it!!
Making a video is really tough, especially when you've to insert subtitles and captions and whatnots... Cheers to people who make videos for a living omg.
Hope you guys enjoy it coz I made it ALL BY MYSELF!! Teeheehee
P/S I know the quality isn't that good but please forgive me I'm just a beginner at all these meh

High School Musical

I never ever knew how hardcore I was at being a fan of HSM. I really grew up with the movie and I loved it so much! Even up till now I know how to sing almost all the songs without looking at the lyrics or anything. It was such an amazing part of my childhood!! I absolutely love this song and I think it's my favourite out of so many of their duets. Such a pity they aren't together anymore?? Seriously hands down my favourite couple of all the time. Sigh pie childhood was such a great place.
I still remember how I always stay tuned to Disney Channel and watch out for their "how to dance" episodes where they teach you how to dance to their songs. My sister and I will stand in front of the tv and dance with them like some retards wtf. I also remember dancing to We're All In This Together during primary 6 with my class for a competition which we won!! Lovely memories.
I also remember how much I hated Camp Rock coz I felt it was a copy of HSM. Please forgive my childish past. Anyone loves HSM like I do??? Lemme be your friend.
I also always loved singing HSM songs in class with 04. That's like probably the only time I feel we're really bonded as a class lol. It gives me the ~feel~ that everyone knows how the song goes!!! Lovely 90's kids :')

十五年了，五月天。

As a Mayday fan, I could not NOT get this album. It's their second collection album (with some new songs and classic old songs) and they actually found the exact same girl who was in the album cover in 2005! You see the same album cover but with faces that have grown and changed over the years. I love Mayday and all their album concepts.

在这一个世纪里 我庆幸有五月天的存在。

I have never been so crazy over an artiste/band before. And despite saying this for the umpteenth time I still wanna repeat it again. I always had idols in the past, but each of them never really lasted for more than a few months. After a while I just get sick of them and will go on to find my next "potential" idol (hahaha).

But after all these years I am glad to have found Mayday. They are the ones who give me so much hope in life and they show me that one can always stay the same or change for the better. The thing about artistes nowadays is that they slowly become so commercialised that I feel is a bad change. I love Mayday for their consistency - be it music or attitude. I love how they have shown the world it's okay to stay the same and still have people love you.

And they are the people I am forever willing to splurge on. Money spent on Mayday is never money wasted. Word.


In 2014 I also resolute to write more in this space. xx
