Work is so tiring today. Had to deal with loads of shit being thrown to me.

Customers who are unhappy with hotel and wanna amend. Customers who are unhappy previous travel consultant quoted her wrongly. Customers who are unhappy management is unwilling to help offer an alternative. Customers who request for Chinese itineraries.

And you know what? I cannot do anything because I am only an intern. I cannot do anything because I have no authority nor empowerment. I cannot do anything because I don't have the resources. I cannot even provide the Chinese itinerary because there is simply, none.

There are only four words to describe how I am feeling now - 有心无力。
